With the
CC200-20, you now produce 'kiss cut' labels just like the
professionals!
The
CC200-20 is a low cost computer linked cutting system which enables you to cut
virtually any shapes from pre-printed label stock (ie. from the
ZX-40). This includes squares, rectangles, oblongs, ovals, circles,
hexaganol or any other irregular shapes.
This is
how simple the process is:-
1) Import
graphics into the CC200-20 software
2) Create cut lines using quick tools with the software
3) Send to print via the ZX-40 sign making system
4) After printing, feed through the CC200-20 and send to cut.

examples of 'kiss cut' signs once fed through the
CC200-20 cutting system.

Please
note:-
The CC200-20 uses "laser/electric eye" plus
registration marks to correctly line up the cut operation after
printing via the ZX-40 sign making system. The
registration marks are actually printed directly onto the vinyl
along with your signs/images. The special "laser/electric
eye" will only detect the registration marks when the images are
printed on light coloured vinyl (eg yellow as above, white etc) using
black or dark coloured foils. The
registration marks will not be picked up on say, black print on red
vinyl or red print on say white vinyl. In other words, where there is
not a sharp contrast between foils and vinyls, the registration marks
will fail and thus not cut around the specified images.
Other uses for the CC200-20
Apart from kiss cutting (cutting around) pre-printed
images, the CC200-20 can also be used to cut plain vinyl lettering
and logos - such as those seen on shop windows, vehicles etc.
When the CC200-20 is combined with an
optional heat press
and special heat press transfer material, you can also personalise
workwear such as Hi Viz Jackets, warehouse Jackets and other
garments. We can supply heat presses at very keen prices.
