Printing onto Metal
using Sublimation & Heat
Press Technology
With the
latest Sublimation and Heat Fusion Technology, it is now easier than
ever before to produce high quality yet durable metal signs, front
panels, warning signs and compliance signs. All
you require is our Sublimation Inkjet Printer together with
Sublimation Inks, Sublimation Transfer Paper, Sublimation Metal
(available in six finishes) and of course our Heat Press.
Step 1 Create
your design on a PC and print out onto Sublimation Transfer Paper
using special Sublimation Inks.
Step 2
Trim
transfer paper if necessary to size required. Step
3 Peel
protective film away from metal. Step
4 Apply
transfer paper to metal and fuse under heat press for specified time. Step
5 Apply
double sides tape to reverse of sign and attach to desired surface. Metal
signs can also be punched through and therefore riveted or
screwed onto surfaces. |
